Agreement to Terms
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and CLUB REGENT CASINO SERVICE LTD for the Club Regent Casino Service software product, which includes computer software and may include associated media and online or electronic documentation (“Software”).
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
Important: By using Club Regent Casino Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA and our Privacy Policy.
License Grant
CLUB REGENT CASINO SERVICE LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Use the Software — install and use the Software on iPhone devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Access guest features — use Club Card presentation, explore, stay tools, and rewards features as enabled for your session type (guest, inactive, or active member).
License Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except to the extent allowed by law.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Software.
- Use the Software for any commercial purpose without authorization.
- Share local credentials in a way that misrepresents Club Card ownership.
- Use automated systems to scrape catalog content or abuse support channels.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Software.
- Use the Software in any unlawful manner.
Intellectual Property
The Software is licensed, not sold. CLUB REGENT CASINO SERVICE LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of CLUB REGENT CASINO SERVICE LTD.
- We own: software code, algorithms, designs, graphics, text, and other content in the application.
- You control: local session data and user-generated support content you create, subject to our Privacy Policy.
User Data and Privacy
Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Software primarily stores data locally on your device. By using the Software, you consent to local storage of session and preference data as described in the Privacy Policy.
No Subscriptions
Club Regent Casino Service does not currently sell auto-renewing subscriptions inside the App. The App is free to download. Property-level Club Card benefits and redemptions remain subject to casino rules and on-site activation.
Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLUB REGENT CASINO SERVICE LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Club Regent Casino Service does not guarantee specific property outcomes, point balances, or admissions.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CLUB REGENT CASINO SERVICE LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination:
- You must cease all use of the Software.
- You must delete or destroy all copies of the Software.
- Local sessions on your device may be cleared by uninstalling the App or using in-app account deletion.
Updates and Modifications
CLUB REGENT CASINO SERVICE LTD may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software. These updates may be downloaded through the App Store. You acknowledge that the Software may require such updates to continue functioning properly.
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CLUB REGENT CASINO SERVICE LTD operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, except where prohibited by law.
