1. App Usage
Club Regent Casino Service is a guest companion for entertainment and hospitality use related to Club Regent Casino. By using the App, you agree to do so legally and responsibly. You must not:

- Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the developer.
- Disrupt, disable, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems.
- Misrepresent Club Card status, forge scan codes, or use the App to circumvent property policies.
2. Accounts and Activation
You may sign in, sign up, or continue as a guest. New sign-ups may remain inactive until activated by Guest Services on property. Guest mode provides limited browsing. You are responsible for activity under your local session on your device.
3. Intellectual Property
All assets within the App — including visuals, audio, logic, text, branding, and design elements — are owned or properly licensed by CLUB REGENT CASINO SERVICE LTD. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on iPhone devices you own or control. No rights are granted to copy, resell, or create derivative works. Club Regent Casino names and marks may be used solely as presented in the App for guest orientation and do not grant trademark rights.
4. Privacy and Data
The App stores preferences and session data locally on your device. It does not include third-party advertising trackers. Optional support messages you send may include content you choose to share. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
5. Suitable Age
The App is appropriate for users aged 13+. Casino floor access and gaming remain subject to applicable law and property rules, which may require a higher age. The App itself contains no explicit content.
6. No Property Guarantees
The App helps you view passes, schedules, dining tools, express requests, and rewards information for convenience. It does not guarantee table availability, show admission, suite status, point balances on property systems, or any casino outcome. On-property staff and systems control final activation, access, and redemptions.
7. No Medical or Financial Advice
The App offers hospitality and entertainment features only. It is not a medical, therapeutic, or financial product and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition or to make investment decisions.
8. No Guarantees
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant error-free operation, specific results, or continuous availability. Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLUB REGENT CASINO SERVICE LTD and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
